Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AVIF to JPG Converter website and service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
AVIF to JPG Converter provides an online service that allows users to convert AVIF image files to JPG format. The service includes:
- Free conversions (limited to 10 per user)
- Paid conversions (available through credit purchases)
- Temporary file storage (for 24 hours)
3. User Accounts and Credits
3.1. We track users based on a hashed version of their IP address. No account registration is required.
3.2. Each user receives 10 free conversion credits.
3.3. Additional credits can be purchased through our payment processor.
3.4. Credits do not expire once purchased.
3.5. We reserve the right to modify the credit system with reasonable notice.
4. Payments and Refunds
4.1. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
4.2. Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes.
4.3. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical failures that prevent successful conversion.
4.4. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@csvfix.com.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. You retain all rights to your uploaded images.
5.2. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your images solely for the purpose of conversion.
5.3. All content on the AVIF to JPG Converter website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property and is protected by copyright laws.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- To upload, convert, or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- To upload, convert, or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- To attempt to circumvent any limitations or security measures
- To reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7.2. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
7.3. We are not responsible for any loss of data or images that may occur during the conversion process or after the 24-hour storage period.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVIF to JPG Converter and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications to the Service and Terms
9.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
9.2. We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
9.3. Your continued use of the service after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
